Ik was niet zo blij met: Why do some people think rules apply to everyone but them? You were given an information sheet with rules when having dogs with you (we have a dog with us) dogs MUST be on a lead at all times (quite rightly in my opinion) however a caravan opposite us had 3 small dogs that were off the leads when sat outside and then barked at people passing …….
This rule is great but does need to be inforced!

It is important that if you have any issues with your stay at Ladycross that you tell us while you are here so we can try and solve any issues, maybe we can't all the time but we can try, our rules are in place so everyone is mindful of others and we do make sure everyone abides by them, but more often than not customers see more than we do so its fab if we can work together, thank you.

Dog field is fantastic our crazy cocker spaniel had a whale of a time running free. Facilities were immaculate and staff very welcoming. Will be back

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and my wardens will be thrilled to know they are helpful....its not a bad place to work!
I will certainly have a look at the lighting issues, in the 14 years since we bought the park this is the first time anyone has mentioned ....... the northern lights that were above us on Friday was yet another unique offering to our customers on Friday!

Unfortunately when we only have a handful of visitors on site we do close one of the toilet blocks, this selfishly saves us some pennies but it also helps our environment, in not putting the heating on for the water this helps save the planet of its gas and energy supplies and stops a greater amount of pollution being produced. We do try and advise customers on arrival to be mindful of the toilet cleaning times when the block will be shut so my apologies if we neglected to do it.
Lastly i notice 6/10 has been given for cleanliness, we would recommend that customers tell us asap of any concerns about our cleanliness and we can sort the issues immediately.
Again thank you for your review as all information received from customers allows other readers to make choices on their holiday destinations.

Thank you for your review, yes the weather was certainly challenging but apart from that I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay, I have to say I'm grateful everyday to wake up to the wonderful woodland we have here at Ladycross, definitely good for the soul!
