nice clean tidy campsite, its got all the facilities needed.

Beautiful area with onsite farm shop and cafe.
Calm and peaceful site.
Welcoming staff onsite.
Pitch had a lot of room around it and it was dog friendly.

Not a lot to do for children.
Nothing locally apart from the pebbly beach.
Very narrow roads and very very very narrow drive way when driving a motorhome!.
20p charge for showers for two minutes.

We stayed in a pod which made the experience a little more comfortable than pitching a tent. The location is beautiful and the little ones loved the walk along the beach discovering sea life within the rock pools. The evening red sunset and night sky were pretty special. We all woke up in the middle of the night to stargaze. Great place to go off grid and have family bonding time.

Small and ' Real ' The family have obviously put a great deal of effort into creating not only a campsite but also a community hub . Very welcoming, Very approachable, Very chilled and what seemed to us damn decent folk making a living in a beautiful part of the world.

Me and my little dog Stayed on a grass pitch in medium campervan amongst tents. Had own toilet so didn’t use toilet block.
But lovely place, level pitch, beautiful views and nice staff.
Met some friends for one drink in the lovely bar.
Most of all felt welcomed and safe.
Would definitely go back.

Would have used bar more and met friends for breakfast but it wasn’t available.

Adjacent to little used beach, great views, good pitches - very pleasant small campsite.

Not a dislike but could do with more toilets.

Beautiful location, beach access, kids loved waving at the train as it went past. Clean facilities, hot showers (£1 for 5 mins) and all campers considerate of the 10pm quiet rule. We will book this site again!

Kids aren't allowed in the wash room unsupervised, we camp a lot and washing up is always the kids job! Respect the recycling rules but full bins meant we had to take our plastics home.

Onsite cafe/pub was lovely and live music during our stay was fab! Also the beach access was great, and having the animals to look at was a highlight for the children!

Loud music coming from somewhere throughout or stay into the early hours, can’t be 100% sure but believe it was someone inside a camper van. Perhaps having a member of staff checking on noise levels at 10pm would be helpful and reminding people about quiet hours, but understand this isn’t always the case we were just unlucky. Toilets a bit basic, and could benefit from a drinking tap closer to the camping fields also.

Nice site. Had a good pitch next to the goats. Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Amazing pork pie and bara brith from the farm shop. Onsite cafe/bar was a bonus. Had a great breakfast on the first day they started doing them.

Not enough facilities. Also could do with mop and bucket in showers as some days they were full of water. Entrance not easy to turn into with caravan.

Evening entertainment live music and decent little bar serving draft beer and Charcuterie. Also had a nice little farm shop full of local foods and beverages. Tent pitch was decent, nice views near the sea
