Nice flat site, lovely owner, intimate number of pitches so didn't feel crowded at all, beautifully cut grass lovely rural view over to Glastonbury, good noticeboard covering essentials for distances to pub / towns etc.

Pressure in shower was a bit feeble. Could be driver error.

Fab location for Glastonbury & Wells.
Plenty of unisex toilets plus a separate shower & a toilet for males & for females .
Excellent recycling bins - best we've ever seen.
Lots of information boards and leaflets for local attractions & eateries.
Doggy friendly.
Bridget, the owner, welcomed us on arrival & was very helpful & friendly.
Laid-back & relaxed site.
We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Thank you.

Fairly noisy at times, due to local road & also other campers (there was a group on our last night) but didn't really bother us.

Good atmosphere. Lovely neighbours. Very easy check-in & check out. Great price for the pitch. Overall, a very good experience. Had a lovely weekend.

Ethical, basic facilities with friendly staff.

We had a fairly flat, grass pitch with EHU.
Glastonbury Tor can be seen in distance.

The hedgrows are full of native, small birds; wren, goldfinch, black caps, robins etc. with crows, pigeons, buzzards and kites overhead. Their dawn chorus is heart-warming! The Aurora Borealis made a magical weekend last time I booked. 🌌

Distant tractors can be heard, maintaining the fields adjacent to this working farm, commensurate with camping in the countryside.

Despite this, it's still a tranquil getaway, perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

Door bolt on ladies toilet could do with some attention. I couldn't lock the door.

The area was lovely. So peaceful. Definitely in the middle of know where.
Only stayed the 1 night.

Toilet and showers were not the best. Seen worse but decided not to use the showers.
There was a fridge freezer which I assumed was for use by the campers but again not clean. Certainly wouldn't use it.
Very disappointed as it was a lovely area.
Bit of work and cleaning and it could be a lovely place to stay.

Facilities were clean, there was plenty of space between pitches and we got a very friendly welcome when we arrived. The WiFi reached our tent most of the time despite it being at the far end of the site. No children!

The shower had very little temperature control so was very hot

Beautiful location, peaceful, tranquil & just our vibe. Rustic, simple & chilled .Felt very welcome from the owner, will most definetly go back.

Pitches were ok with nice views.

When we arrived we were greeted by the site owner who showed us where we could pitch. I asked the lady where the showers were. She said “They are over there…. But you’re only here for 1 night!”
I found this very rude. This lady didn’t know if there was a medical condition that meant we needed access to regular cleaning facilities.
We parked up and went to look at the toilet and showers. There is 1 shower in the men’s toilet and 1 in the ladies toilet. Both showers are dirty and have old shower curtains in there. Quite frankly I wouldn’t wash a dog in there! The toilet was just as bad with an old towel in there that looked like it hadn’t been washed for a long time! There was a seating area that looked like it had recently had animals in it!
The site was so bad we made the decision to not stay there overnight!
