Clean facilities
Liked our pitch that we chose as was quite private and nice views up the hill over the field.
Evening entertainment was good.

Quite loud at night. Women 2 pitches down was throwing up very loudly at 3am.
Could hear the rest of the site making a lot of noise until around 11:30pm.
Very busy site and the outside pool was extremely busy. Used inside pool instead which was nice but extra cost.
Too commercialised for us.
Beach not that great.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Liked cleanliness, beautiful area, calm atmosphere. Only families and friendly people. Area has many buildings for bathrooms and showers and changing rooms. My son loved heated indoor pool. Everything was really great. Next time staying longer.

Pleasant stay at a pleasant and clean site. Toilets and showers clean/plentiful. Pitches fairly flat although back of ours on a slope. Lots of entertainment and activities available for kids - free outdoor pool a huge bonus on sunny days! Entertainment staff full of energy and ready to entertain! Arcade very modern and cashless (uses a prepaid card which tickets get loaded on to too as well as the digital prize machine). Food nice too. Site felt safe with barriers etc.

Washing up area only had cold water, tepid at absolute best, making washing up difficult - especially camp type meals which can often leave things a little greasy.
Despite adding second car to our booking its number plate was never recognised for the barriers and trying to get through on intercom took a while at times - no specified ‘out of hours’ times to call the warden number.
Toilets were closed 15 minutes before check out time for cleaning meaning it was difficult to get young kids out for ‘one last try’ before a long journey home.

The site was fantastic, facilities were extremely clean and well maintained and although it was peak season it didn’t feel overly crowded, great choice of things for kids to do and easy to get to plenty of places with things to do and see

-The Arcade isn’t very good with lots of machines out of action
- Tractor rides into Dawlish Warren are a great idea but only run Tuesday to Thursday had the sign said that we’d have planned our week differently
- touring pitches not entirely level bring plenty of blocks depending on your pitch
-electric not included in fully serviced pitch

Sooo many things! Very friendly staff. It’s great to feel welcomed. Shop has everything you need. Few times a very young boy was serving in the shop. He was a super star! Pizza was amazing and fair priced. Site very clean with plenty of entertainment for everyone. Toilets and showers nice and clean. I love how showers were always warm, same with water. I definitely recommend this holiday park for anyone.

WiFi was expensive.
Other downside was soap in toilets. Very shame that for all 8 days, soap was only in one dispenser (3 available) Also i had impression that soap was diluted with water.

The facilities were great, the touring pitches are really close too, not too far to walk and really clean showers and toilets. The food was expectional and the outside pool area was our favourite place, lovely to chill and relax in the sun with a good atmosphere!

The only downside was the showers were freezing in both the men and women’s blocks.

So much to do, excellent facilities, so clean and modern, lovely location, great selection of shops & places to eat on site and lovely spacious pitches, kids loved it
