The toilets and showers were kept clean, there staff were very friendly and always on hand to sort any problems out, the shop and it is close to the chase and local shops

The toilet seats were broken when it got busier

Great site peacefull and good facilities bonus of the pizza van on site was really nice.

The owners are really friendly, it appears to be a family run site and they go out of their way to make sure you’ve got what you need. There’s free choice of where you go and the site is massive so you’re not on top of each other. The toilets were kept clean, several times a day and although facilities are basic, they’re adequate for what you need. It’s quiet at night and my young daughter loved it for her first experience of camping. Great if you want to go mountain biking over the chase and only a mile or so from shops if you need them. For the money, you can’t fault it.

Nothing really. If I had to really, really gripe I’d say the toilets need better sinks as it was hard to wash your hands properly but that’s it. I really like the place.

Literally across the road from the chase , can't get any closer . Can pitch where you like so can keep away from the groups , friendly staff.

Even though warned when booked there was a lot of dogs running around off lead which was a nightmare because we have a nervous dog . Was emailed the pizza man was there so brought no food with us to find he disappeared for breakfast Sunday morning.

Came here as close to home fir the grand children's first time camping, throughly enjoyed the stay, toilets clean, lots of space and bonus touch was the delicious pizza served on site and the great shop selling emergency items. Also staff in booking in and very helpful and advised they provide certain forgotten items for free ie bin bag etc very helpful , perfect location on cannock chase with a lityle gate entrance to cross the road direct to birches valley xx

The campsite was fantastic. Quiet and simple which is what we wanted. The toilets and showers are kept very clean. The little shop stocks a bit of everything you may need if you forget to bring it. The pop up pizza van was definitely a big hit too!
We will definitely be returning.
