Site manager was rude and bad tempered. Pools were just pea green soup, with no explanation apart from 'sanitary problems', site was unmown and run down. Piles of rubble everywhere

The husband who works at the campsite. He turned us away, even though on this site he had plenty of availability at his campsite, also when we turned up there were masses of spaces left. We made a booking and he would not refund our money because we left a review.

Bar area was nice.

Pool was brown amd looked like it hadn't been used for years despite being advertised as fully functioning on here.

Man who owns the campsite was rude.

Food was not great.

Definitely not worth the money. Should be a maximum of 20 euros a night.

Landed at 7.30pm, made to feel very unwelcome and not wanted.
Was overcharged from what was stated on the booking site by 15%.
Showers timed off so couldn't rinse off and don't turn back on for ten minutes ?? Why? Low water pressure in the mixed sex showers

Clean, everything was well organised and laid out. The couple that ran it were helpful and ent out of their way to help me. There were a lot of young families there and children playing around, but overall a quiet and peaceful place.

Pool advertised but not in use. It doesn't look like it will be for a while.

It was a horrible experience.
Facilities were poor and old and the swimming pool looked like being closed for years. Didn't correspond the advertising at all.
When we arrived at 8:30 pm we were very unwelcome, both lady and husband were extremely unpleasant and made us feel unwanted.
No dinner or breakfast as the café/restaurant closed at 9pm on a Saturday and didn't open on Sunday morning.

The owner was so rude and unhelpful, he made us feel uncomfortable from the start.
We were put on a pitch but we’re over 100m from electric so asked if we could move 50m or borrow an extension. We were moved to a different “pitch”, a dark, damp uneven spot with lots of old wires and broken, hard plastic pipes sticking out. Despite us trying to put rocks over them our toddler still fell and injured himself on one.
We went down to the, almost dead, bistro to book a table at 18.15 (opens at 18.00) but when he asked if we had reserved at 18.00 when they opened and we said no, he told us that we couldn’t book as we were too late and told us it was full. We said we would just get a drink from the bar while we made a plan but he told us “no!”
Unfortunately, the swimming pool was also not useable and the park was not safe.
Overall, extremely disappointing and had a sad feel. It was the number one regret of our trip.

The owner (husband) should be kept away from customers. He was rude and extremely unpleasant to deal with, has no idea about customer service. Website says barbecues allowed and he came and argued that we cannot use it. Moreover, they advertise swimming pool with kids area but it was shut closed with filthy water in. There was no information about it prior to booking nor arrival and this is huge disappointment in the middle of the season.

The site provided a good overnight staging post prior to getting started with the "Grand Tour"
The site provided clean and well appointed facilities, however the reception man needs a lesson or two in customer service skills
