Stunning location, overlooked by the castle and by the river. Our pitch was next to the lake with beavers swimming it it! A delightful stroll by the river Seine took you to the pretty town. We drove to Monet's garden and Vernon on half am hour.

The toilets and showers were very clean and appeared quite new, with hairdryers.

We loved the swimming pools and the kids had fun on the inflatable slide.

I recommend the Normandie cider, the burger and pizzas in the bar.

The showers were too hot with no means to controlling the temperature.

More French food in the restaurant. They did not publicise well that on a Friday they do mussels, so I missed out disappointingly.

I did not find the shop if their was one

Facilities - would be excellent with younger children (anything from babies to young teens)

Cleanliness and maintenance of some facilities was not at the level I would expect. Never any soap in soap dispensers (this is not costly and so crucial at reducing infections), often no toilet paper. Neither would matter if advertised as “must bring your own” but the mere fact soap dispensers present and sometimes toilet paper means this can be done. Maybe need more regular checks on your facilities if running out.

Equally washing up facilities frequently dirty this was due to slow drainage I suspect which made cleaning your washing up area tricky.

Paid for WiFi but it was very expensive and barely connected.

Many cycling opportunities using the cycle routes available, meant we were able to see so much more.

Children were able to fish in the lake, or under the nearby bridge allowing them to fish in the river, catching a variety of fresh water fish.

Plenty of showers & loos.

Food and drink was good and a reasonable price.

Visiting the castle is a must, it was a 15 minute walk to the top.

The site was busy with children, having fun in the pool and play areas, during the day but quitened down quickly in the evening

Well organised site with good facilities. Great pools with beautiful views. Good selection of play equipment/inflatables. Nice, easy walk into town. Would definitely recommend.
