Site is well managed/presented beautifully, very clean, had great facilities and a lovely friendly atmosphere. The owner is a nice lady who is very approachable and happy to pass on her knowledge of the island and recommend places to visit. Im looking forward to staying there again.

Nearby road was a bit noisy on the first night but after that it wasn't noticeable and it wouldn't stop me from returning; I'd just pack a pair of ear buds.

Nicely kept pitch, with services on hand. The bar was an added bonus, manned by a lovely lady who made a fuss of our boxer dog, Willow.

Had to leave early, due to the incoming storm with forecast 60 mph winds, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The pitches are all very well maintained and level. The shower and toilet blocks are immaculate and stylish. There are laundry services available on site if required and a bar that is open of an evening.
Cannot recommend the site highly enough we will definitely be returning!

Cannot say they was anything I can criticise or disliked

Site was beautiful and immaculately clean. Liked the chip van and bar a few nights too (even though we didn’t personally visit these.)
Loved the available communal fridge freezer and the coffee machine too. Felt very safe, the goats were very cute and loved the fact there was a dog exercise area too.
Very safe for children too.

Noise from the road was very loud even through the night but this isn’t the sites fault and we did get used to it slept much better after night 1 and like a baby in the 3rd night.

Owners really friendly, helpful and laid back. The site is very well kept, toilet and shower facilities are modern and spotless.

Lovely campsite, everything clean and tidy, toilets and showers were modern and very clean with hot water at all times. Close to the A55 so very easy to get anywhere we needed easily. 2 minute drive from a shop and 10 minutes from a retail park with 3 major supermarkets. Chippy van comes onto site once a week. Kids loved it here as they enjoyed the freedom of running around and exploring the wood at the bottom, everyone on site very friendly. Will be returning

The campsite was lovely, the shower blocks/toilets were super clean. The lady who owns it is really friendly, there was a bar open on certain days, not sure if this changes weekly, and a fish and chip van turned up on one night. Plenty of space around tent pitches and had a tap next to our pitch. Extremely dog friendly too!

The pitch was very close the road, which wouldn’t normally bother me but the winds were super strong and it just sort of amplified it. We left a night early but it was literally just due to the awful weather. Would 100% come back here.
