Travel the highway to the Cruise Inn park of Alderwood RV Express, to unwind and rest along your travels, or to use as a base for many of the area's most popular attractions and destinations: Riverfront Park, Spokane's various wineries and the immaculate gardens of Manito Park are all within easy reach.
Alderwood RV Express is five miles north of Spokane, Washington state's second largest city. There's plenty more to do in town alongside the wineries, including several golf courses and a range of outdoor activities. Riverfront Park, 10 miles away, is a good place to take a walk: follow the Spokane River Centennial Trail, ride the carousel and take a cable car ride over the park's waterfall.
There's easy access to the campground: it's just off a main road and 10 miles away from the Interstate 90 highway. A few minutes' walk from the park are couple of fast food restaurants and a large supermarket.
The campground is planted with lots of trees and plants around the sites for shade and privacy. Picnic tables, a barbecue area and a communal fire ring for guests' use are all around the park.
Facilities at Alderwood RV Express include a swimming pool, playground, clubhouse and a recreation room with TV and pool table. There's a small convenience store and gift shop on site, with propane sales.
Among the park's other amenities are chemical disposal, laundry and a toilet block with showers. Dogs are welcome at the campground, and can use the dog run and open field to get some exercise.
