Drumhoney Holiday Park

We reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) whose party make-up or behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made. Drumhoney Holiday Park and its facilities are intended for family holidays. We are therefore sorry that we cannot accept any parties of single people.

Pitch allocation
When booking a pitch the size of your unit, e.g single axle/double axle, must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure that the allocated pitch is large enough. Should you subsequently alter your requirements we cannot guarantee to provide an appropriately sized pitch. Every endeavour will be made to allocate guests the pitch of their choice; however, it must be clearly understood that acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a particular pitch. We cannot guarantee that caravans booked in together will be beside each other on site.

Payment
Balance payment can be made by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. Cheques will only be accepted when paid ten days in advance of arrival.

No caravan or motorhome will be allocated a pitch until the full balance has been paid. Please do not ask staff to allow access to a pitch without full balance payment as refusal may offend.

Fire
The fire assembly point for the caravan park is in front of the shop/reception. In the event of an emergency dial 999 for the emergency services and notify the park manager immediately.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed on the park but must be kept on leads at all times. By bringing your dog to Drumhoney Holiday Park you are accepting full responsibility for its conduct and behaviour. Any dog that is deemed to be unsuitable or a nuisance will result in the owner being asked to remove it from site immediately.

Departure
All pitches must be vacated by 12 noon, otherwise an additional night's pitch fee may be charged.

Please do not ask to stay later than the departure time if you do not wish to stay for an extra night as refusal may offend. No refunds are given for early departures.

Pup tents
For fire safety reasons kids' or pup tents may not be erected.

Children
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. It is particularly important that you always know where your children are, and that you provide adequate supervision for them at all times.

Only those people checking in can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the park. If this legal requirement is not met, your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave, with no refund made.

Rules and regulations
The person completing the booking is responsible for the conduct of their party, It is your responsibility to read the rules and regulations and abide by the rules therein. Not reading the rules is not an excuse for infringement. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of the booking without refund. Drumhoney Holiday Park reserves the right to ban individuals from future use of the park.

Park rules
Alcohol may only be consumed in your caravan, motorhome or tent. Drinking outside of these is strictly forbidden and offence may result in your booking being terminated.

Open fires/Camp Fires are not permitted.

The use of generators is not permitted.

Please note that should you wish to extend your stay there is no guarantee that the same pitch will be available.

Ensure that your pitch is kept tidy and free of rubbish. All litter/rubbish must be placed in bin area.

Flags, ensigns and pennants are not to be flown.

No games are to be played in the park area.

No loud music etc that interferes with others enjoyment of the park.

Units (caravan or motorhome) must be roadworthy and be in an acceptable condition in the opinion of management.

No construction of any sort is to be undertaken on the pitch.

The caravan park is under 24-hour CCTV surveillance.

Noise must be minimised by 10pm

Quiet time on the park is from 10.30 pm. All children must be in caravans by 10.30pm.

Waste disposal from chemical toilets must be emptied in waste disposal area at side of toilet block.

Clothes lines outside caravans are not permitted. There are drying facilities in the laundry room.

Any behaviour deemed to be a nuisance or anti-social by the management will not be tolerated and management reserve the right to admission and eviction.

Caravans and vehicles rules

The speed limit on the park is 10mph.

No commercial vehicles are permitted on site as the park is a touring caravan park we cannot accommodate those using caravans for residential or employment purposes. Drumhoney Holiday Park will refuse entry to anyone bringing commercial vehicles on site.

All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance. The provisions of the Highway Code apply to the roads on the park.

No recreational vehicles can be used on the park. This includes motorised scooters.

No mechanical or repair work is to be undertaken on the park.

Only one vehicle can be parked next to the pitch. All other vehicles including trailers and boats, unless agreed with the management, must be parked in the main parking area.

Liability
Anyone defacing or causing damage to any buildings, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and prosecution. The pitch hirer will be responsible for and charged for any damage /loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the pitch or to any park facility or other residents property. Your personal belongings, vehicles, vans and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk. Drumhoney Holiday Park or its staff will not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of any property nor for any injury, accident or mishap to any person in the park. Customers must ensure that their property is secured and fully insured for any unforeseen eventuality.

Arrival
On arrival, all customers and visitors (including day visitors) are to report to reception. Your arrival is welcome from 2pm. The latest arrival time is 9pm, if by 9pm on your date of your arrival we have not heard from you we reserve the right to re-assign your pitch.

Your pitch number and directions to it will be confirmed on arrival. If you are in any doubt whether you are on the right pitch please check. Any guest on the wrong pitch will be required to move.
