Location and site facilities clean

Pitch was disappointing very bottom of site like it was spare area over looking bushes,in a block of 3, area full of sticks and branches we paid for 2 nights a Pitch same price as others and there were lots of spaces.

Shower block needs modernisation

The site is very well maintained. The play area is great for young and older children. This is the second time we have visited and it is such a lovely peaceful site

Well kept beautiful site, clean and warm facilities. (In October this was important). Really helpful team and great access to York. Didn’t use their WiFi but it was available (hence the 3 stars as couldn’t comment on the quality only that it was available)

We loved the dog walking area and football pitch! Very good use of space! Our dog loved it. The pitches were perfect and such a lovely site.
The children's games and play park was fantastic too! Our son loved it!

Peacefulness of the site, cleanliness of facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Good location.

Pitch was put on didn’t look overly welcoming and felt out of way but didn’t mind too much.

Everything about this site, quiet and well maintained. A little road noise although this did not affect us. Great fully serviced pitch, good clean and fresh facilities with hot showers. A good addition was the family bathroom - with a bath! Easier if you are travelling with younger children. Very helpful and friendly wardens. Shop for essentials on site, would definitely re visit if travelling in this area again.
