Wifi patchy.

The pitch was large and lovely views

The guy serving in the camp site shop was unfriendly.

The value for money is terrific. Clean hot showers, bar with entertainment for the kids and very close to widemouth beach and bude. Free heated indoor pool. Lovely staff around too.

Tent pitches were all on a slope and 10am check out time for a tent is super early. Beaches are walkable but there is a short stretch of narrow country lane to get to the footpath

Views were beautiful, all staff lovely and polite. Maintenance man was fab, always happy to help.
Entertainment was great.

Disrespectful children causing trouble in the evenings at the park.

Entertainment, and free crazy golf. Nice open field for the kids to run with a nature walk

The play park was small and nothing for slightly older children( travelled with age 3,5,6 and 9)

The camping field and facilities are brilliant clean, tidy nice hot showers. The views are breath taking. Ben the Tourers camp fields manager is friendly and always happy to help. The club house entertainment is as expected for a family park the children loved it there. However, can be expensive.

The receptionist at the main reception I found to be very rude. We were their for 3 nights and never got to use the pool. The receptionist said that we had too many of us in our party (9 children 4 adults) she had to think of other families. The receptionist stated that only 34 people were allowed in the pool at one time. Therefore, pre book the day before which we tried to do each day but faced with the same receptionist got refused entry. On headcount of the pool only 9 people were swimming. Our children were upset and ended up having to drive into Bude to use the leisure centre pool.

When complaining to campsite manager he stipulated that we could have used the pool, pre book under the different pitch numbers rather than a large group. He bewildered that the receptionist didn't just do this and stated that it will be feedback to her. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Just very disappointed that we booked a site with a pool and never got to use it.

Welcoming staff, well layed out site. Good daytime and evening activities and entertainment. Lovely location only a short walk (30 minutes) from the beach. Facilities were clean and modern. Swimming pool was clean and suitable. Show was well equipped.

Site was hilly, so was slightly inconvenient walking too and from clubhouse & swimming pool with little legs.
