So clean and tidy with friendly staff - loved it, clean washing facilities, beautiful place - will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Uncomfortable pitch on a slope for the tent - we slid around a lot in the night as was sleeping on a slope.

2)Facilities not large enough for all that are staying when you include tent pitches, motorhomes, caravans and pods)
3)Noisiness - Not down to the camp site but with the play areas there were kids playing until well past midnight, people walking around pitches not being respectful of others and dogs barking until the early hours

The facilities are generally good and what you would expect. Older shower block but lots of showers and always hot water. The pitches were very well kept and seemed to be cut as soon as someone vacated to keep them in good condition. Very new toilets

A lot of the pitches are very uneven and I just couldn’t get my van in a position where I felt 100% comfortable. I only had blocks however and not proper levellers - which I would recommend for touring or motorhome for this site. Depending where you pitch you could have fairly close neighbours but that’s to be expected at a site like this I think. I saw more questionable cross breed dogs than I have seen at any other site which made me - at times - uncomfortable allowing my daughter to walk around herself as I wasn’t convinced the dogs hadn’t been crossed with some banned/unsafe breeds. Not the campsites fault I guess and it’s not something that can be policed without a dna sample!

All the facilities you need on the site. Cleaned regularly. Kids entertainment was fantastic.

Facilities on site,small shop for essentials, cafe serving food throughout the day and bar serving lunch and evening meals. Outdoor pool was excellent and free, didn't use indoor pool as was no need. Showers were warm and spacious and never felt overly busy even with it been a big site.

A very busy site with pitches very close to eachother. Most of the pitches were not level including the hard standing we were on. Lane leading to site narrow in parts, could be an issue if meeting another large vehicle. WiFi and phone signal on pitch was terrible but we were on one of the furthest pitches away from clubhouse. WiFi was fine in the bar.

Great little site. Really enjoyed it. Very tight heading up to the site with narrow roads. Great place to stay with Torquay and Brixham not far away. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Great outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool to use. Would recommend this site. Has a little shop on site which is OK but you have to order bakery goods for them to be delivered the next day. Was very quiet on a night time.

Being in a valley the mobile phone signal is dire and the free WiFi doesn't really cut it when there is a lot of traffic using the same signal. Security an issue on a night as its quite open for anyone to get on as there is no barrier at the entrance and exit. There are only 2 shower blocks on site with not many cubicles to use especially with how many people are on site. They also get very dirty quick with people traipsing grass in all the time but apart from that they are ok.

Lovely campsite. Very clean and tidy. Indoor and outdoor pool. Two bars. Showers/toilets kept very clean and plenty of them. Would definitely return.

Unfortunately we were pitched next to some very noisy neighbours. Kept us awake first night. Last night played music very loud in the awning and when politely asked if they could turn it down as could not hear our tv was told well turn it your tv up then. Which I had already done and all I could hear was their music. Reported to site who did apologise and said they would request they turn it down but nobody visited☹️
