Not much

No one available to check you in an tell you where anything was. Facilities not sign posted, clearly. Small signs on drinking water tap very poorly visible as we could not see it used tap beside else point for water supply, to find people using that later for rinsing toilet casettes. Washing up area unclean and water a tiny trickle. Hard standing pitches holding water and quite mucky. Booked 2 nights only stayed 1

Noisy birds. Lots of them, nesting in the trees right by the site.

Site Very Q and level and lots of walks pub 10 mins walk which is owned by village. Friendly atmosphere and good food.

Can get a smell from the local cow farm if wind blowing in right direction

Very good spot nice walk to the seven way good pub food bang on just up the road would recommend 😉

Really loved the surroundings. It was very peaceful and serene. Had a relaxing couple of days and met the owner, who was a genuinly nice guy. Like other I can highly recommend the Red Lion pub at the end of the road.

No dislikes at all though a suggestion if I may.
How about a few stepping stones to the taps, chemical toilet and bins. It was very muddy when we stayed and I think stepping stones would have been a great addition

Lovely setting. Easy to find. Just pull up and hook up. Facilities were very modern and clean. Will be back

Really loved the relaxed approach from the owners. They came to say hello when we arrived, made sure we were ok then left us to enjoy our stay. The site was small but had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The area was superb as was the welcome and food at the local pub, The Red Lion.

There was nothing we disliked but a couple of things that could enhance the stay for visitors...
Designated stone or paved walkways to the water and waste points. (The grass was very long).

A hose provided at the waste point so we could wash down the waste facility after use because when you lifted the lid it did smell a bit.

A very quiet peaceful spot (apart from the nesting crows who were up very early!). Clean, well maintained toilets. I didn’t arrive until after dark and left early next morning but I was very grateful for the lighting along the path to the toilet block.
A short walk down to the river which would be lovely in summer but had some large puddles (like the rest of the country after the wet winter we’ve had!)
Even in the short time I was there this felt like a proper campsite - simple and yet well maintained with smells and sounds of the farm and countryside. I would like to come back in summer.

It might have been helpful to have a little sign at the end of the path confirming that the toilets were at the other end but that was only because I arrived after dark. I was happy to go exploring!
With all the gravel pitches taken and cars parked by caravans there was limited turning space. This had resulted in wheels cutting up the grass in places.
