Handle was very stiff to turn once you had put code in. The warden told us the gates were locked from 10 pm till 7.30 am. She said it was for security but felt it was unnecessary as you couldn’t get in without code. She was surprised when I asked where we could park if we wanted to stay out later. Could park in pub car park as long as we let them know. Not much help if you decide on a whim to stay out late. I am on holiday and dont want to be going to the hassle of ringing people up to tell them I am going to be late. Felt the caravans stored there could have been screened off as they were a bit of an eyesore. Most of the site was clean and tidy and very well maintained. It was nice having pub attached to site. We had a nice meal in there two for price of one although I feel the prices were fairly high. Had to get out of car to put code in to get in or out

The on site manager was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty to do within a short drive. The pitch size was great, we loved the added touch of each pitch having its own picnic table. We can not wait to go back again next year!
Non mi è piaciuto: Only downside was it is quite close to the M5 so you can hear all the traffic and there wasn't much for the children to do, there was a little play park however this wasn't on site it was next door in the pub garden. However that won't stop us from going back again!
