Friendly welcome, owner checking I to make sure all was OK. Option to hire log burners and buy wood (although weather didn't allow for this) during our stay. Facilities were spotless. Location idea for exploring the area and good links to public transport.

This site is immaculately clean and well kept with excellent facilities. Friendly owners who never stop attending to the site. Pitches are level and nicely spaced. Easy access to coastal path into criccieth and walks in the surrounding area.

So quiet and clean! Modern facilities - best we’ve ever seen. Lovely couple that run the site. Have thought of everything from fire pits and flags to clothes airers!
Not too many pitches so really relaxing.
Bus stop 5 mins walk away takes you to Porthmadog, Criccieth and Phwhelli.

My wife and I have been caravanning for nigh on 10yrs and camping before that.
The Paddocks is simply the best, most clean, most well maintained site we have stayed on. The owners Lee and Juliette are super friendly whilst not intrusive and will help in places to visit and eat.
The spacious touring pitches are flat and on ballast surrounded by well cut grass. We heard no traffic noise except the occasional tractor. The bathrooms along with some separate toilets were always immaculate no matter what time we visited, even when the weather was wet. The bathrooms consisting of walk in shower loo and sink were to be quite honest of a Good Hotel Standard. All facilities for the hardy campers were in a covered area. Freezer, microwave kettle pot washing etc, inc info boards of places to visit. The Wi-Fi was without a glitch.
A beautiful site. Only wish it was closer geographically to our home in York or we would be there most weekends.

Disliked absolutely nothing.

The whole site is quite, extremely clean and tidy, well laid out with large pitches, Leigh and Juliet are great hosts

Large level pitches. Clean toilets and bathrooms. Communal covered area with kettle, toaster and phone charging. Quite area. Plenty of hot water for showers and dish washing. Friendly and helpful owners.

No washbasin in toilet, Separate washbasins would be useful. Rain - tent leaked after heavy rain in night.

We wanted an “adults only” location in North Wales and The Paddock didn’t disappoint! The site is spotlessly clean with excellent toilet/shower rooms and spacious pitches. There are numerous beaches within a few miles. You can walk to the local village where there is a pub, community shop, riverside walk and the Lloyd George Museum.
The owners, Juliette and Lee, were extremely friendly and explained everything to us on arrival. The communal area has a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and other items such as washing-up liquid, scourers and tin opener.
We look forward to returning to The Paddock and would totally recommend others for a stay.

The toilet and shower facilities were always clean and fresh whenever used. Other site users very respectful of each other keeping communal areas tidy and the site is well placed for trips to town and supermarkets a short drive away. A handy Go Outdoors close by helped us when a tent pole broke.
