Everything was great, the location, we liked it very much, only the weather was not good, but we want to come back when it's warm

Friendly staff, definitely a credit to the site and lovely setting, beautiful views and it was great how you can walk into Looe. (Mostly up hill on the way back)
Very clean shower block.
Great shop, pool also good.

Electric hook up was awful!
Constantly tripping out, even when you used one appliance with the heating on. It was very cold on outside, so needed the heating on. Friendly man came to help in a flash, but like he said,
'im not an electrician '
Others around also moaning, and never had a problem before. Also, showers were poor, only lasting 30 seconds, and so close to the wall, not a full shower, half your body at a time job, not the best, as the flow was very average also.
We were sited quite close to the entertainment, and it was very noisy around kicking out time. So ask not to be there if you don't want to be woken up.
So, electrics and showers need investment.

Very clean. I felt really welcome. Shop on site. Staff helpful.

The grass on the pitch quite muddy, even though in could choose my pitch
I wish that the wifi was available on the pitch (only at the bar)

Nothing we liked, the whole experience was a nightmare no clear indication of where to book in other than a door that looks like your walking into a kitchen staff entrance and we only went there as everything else was locked, really dire experience !

Cannot believe, I emailed this company after a fall in their car park due to poor lighting and a trip hazard and 5 weeks later I still cannot walk and live in constant pain, x-ray and meeting with a consultant and I have not been asked to complete the accident report by anyone from this company which is SHOCKING !! My advise stay well clear as clearly their H&S is way below par as clearly the report should of been done ! Based on this and the very short period we stayed everything is a 1 star, we only stayed one night simply because of the pain we couldn't drive away.

Location

Too many annual pitches. Collapsed awnings lots of debris around vans. Does not give the holiday feel. Such a shame for a lovely sight. Maybe put on the annuals in one area and people coming on holiday in a different area.

Campsite was very clean staff helpful - near polperro nice walk
