Very nice lady running the place super friendly and helpful.
The access road is very narrow and I was concerned going up it with our caravan but the road only services the farm and campsite so very little use and a few passing points.
They make sure everyone leaves in the morning so people can arrive easily in the afternoon - so don’t arrive early !

The shower cubicle is sized at 800 mm square with new elec. shower and glass doors . This is a standard domestic sized shower . The shower block facility is checked throughout the day and at weekends first clean is at 6 am. Our pricing schedule is in line or below other local sites and the cost of the electric hookups @ 8.00 have been set for 5 years although our supply costs have had 6 price increasess.
As far as questioning regardig payments it is normal practice, on any site to pay for your holiday on arrival. For some reason you requested to pitch up and then you would settle via transfer, which you did not. Our warden requested this more than once before the transaction as made .
Dog facilities... We do not offer a field for off lead dog walking as we do not have one. However there is an adjacent field which you can let your dog run free. The site is situatid in the middle of the countryside with bridle paths and walks all around . A walk named locally as 7 hedges takes in 7 fields.Unfortunatly this does involve walking.The site is in an open 10 acre field which you have full access to with pathes cut through the hay for dog walking. Unfortunatly this does again, require walking.
Historically when comments are made reminding campers of site rules it on occasion, generates a poor review.
