We are aware the showers are small, and as we have previously said in past review comments, there was only one shower each when we took over Teds two seasons ago.
and have managed to refurb the shower block to get two showers in.

We stayed at the top of the field so we had a nice walk down to feed the chickens everyday.
The facilities were immaculate, couldn't fault them. Cleaned everyday, well stocked, showers we're warm and had great pressure.
The shop was a real delight, only having opened a few weeks ago, a great choice of stock, fresh eggs, fresh strawberries all locally sourced. Not overpriced.
The owners were so nice and friendly and even drove round a tractor offering all the kids free ice cream.

Slight slope at the top but this didn’t detract from the stay. I stayed with my Dog and he enjoyed the area. Loads of well marked walks easily accessible direct from the site only 20min to the Wrekin. Toilets were spotless, showers were hot. If you are looking for loads of facilities eg a club, it’s not the place, sadly for reasons beyond the owners control the shop was not open, but it didn’t detract from our fabulous stay. We’ll be back, with my wife for hopefully a longer stay. It was totally relaxing.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and found some of the great walks that are around the area.
We now have a full time warden, Erica, who will be in the site shop every morning from 8.30am and will be on hand for anything you need from the shop, with all fresh produce arriving in time for the weekends.
