The toilet and shower facilities was absolutely discussing so dirty and smelly. Need improving!

Toilets and showers are absolutely shocking lol.
Worst ones we've been to in 10 years .
Extremely run down ,filthy.We paid to shower elsewhere as didn't want kids being in there.

The staff were very friendly. There was lots of actives for the kids to do and the evening entertainment was good however short. Lovely boathouse bar with a park next door so the kids could play whilst the adults relaxed. Onsite takeaways and the restaurant looked beautiful although we didn't get time to use. Location was great as it was a short drive to the town center, supermarket and beach.

The toilet/shower block was absolutely shocking! Faeces on the walls, toilet seats and floor. Complained everyday for them to be clean but would only give a quick clean in the mornings which meant alot was missed. And when they did clean the bleach was so strong it would sting your eyes and nostrils yet they were adamant it was not bleach they were using. Mud on shower floors. I’m pretty sure we caught a bug from how unhygienic it was as we was all really ill for a week after we got back.
The water in the washing up area was boiling hit and blasted out with no control so my children were burnt and was unable to help with washing up.
Broken glass was left in the road and around the bins for 2/3 days before being cleaned up. Rubbish left around the site.
No internet service until you left the site so was unable to use our phones to plan the days or contact any1 during our stay. They had wifi at the entertainment hub and restaurant however no service at pitches.
Indoor swimming pool was freezing cold.

Facilities were awful dirty no hand wash or toilet roll and definitely not cleaned

No phone signal and the WiFi doesn’t reach to the touring part of the site

We only stayed 2 days

Dirty toilet block. Some toilets did not flush Well. Generally tied looking poorly maintained. Rubbish and toilet paper all over the floor. Youths seen playing around in evenings. No regular inspections and no toilet paper to use after about 4pm.

Enjoyed the swimming pool

Very unpleasant shower and toilet facilities. Dirty , cracked tiles, soap dispensers empty as well as toilet paper.

Good to check in. Staff were friendly in reception.

Toilet/shower block was dirty all the time we used it.
Noo soap in soap dispensers, which does not promote hand hygiene.
Lots of left rubbish around touring site.
Was reported about rats running around area we had been allocated the day before we had arrived

Human excrement in the wash rooms daily - toilets didn’t flush properly - dirty wash room - toilet paper on the floors EVERY day - dirty disgusting campsite - awful place - will NEVER return

It was a way from home

Touring shower block, very dirty smelled of sewage, swimming pool dirty, food from 1 restaurant tasted dry and took over an hour. Very expensive and boring. Not a lot of things to do for older kids (9&13) that they could do without paying. Paid £30 for internet and had none unless in the club house
