Very welcoming site, the Staff could not do enough for their guests and was always on hand.
The site is not huge but that suited us. Close to all major roads.

Sometimes felt every one was on top of each other.

I was a nice quite place but had to leave three days early due to my dog being ill wasn't offered any refund also the pool wasn't heated and the no on site entertainment like said wasn't a lot to offer at the site to be honest so wouldn't go here again

Such a fantastic site, Staff are very helpful and welcoming.
My extension lead was not long enough so they made another one up for me to use could they could not be more helpful

The pool, very laid back atmosphere of staff. On site bar (although bottles only). Location to boardmasters park and ride car park for dropping the kids.

Toilets/showers were horrible, Manor House is very tired and it’s not really a touring site.

Friendly site owners and a lovely family friendly spot with the bonus of a heated outdoor swimming pool that was clean and warm.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They were very super helpful when we didn't realise we need a specific electric adapter for camping.

Well set up camping site which had most things you need.

Would happily return for a short stay/Boardmasters.

Unfortunately the cleanliness & general maintenance let the site down but with a bit more attention it would be a great all-rounder.

The ladies were often in need of more toliet roll and often at times when the office wasn't open to request more. This could easily be solutioned by providing a shelf above the toliet with extra loo roll.

The toliets & showers do need more regular cleaning. You can't help it if someone has left the toliet in a state, but they do need more attention.
The sanitary bins were overflowing.
The mop & bucket provided was dirty and brown water sat in the bucket for the whole of the our stay
It's a shame because we're are with our stay apart for this.

Location was great. Pitches were spacious. Showers were hot and clean!

Honestly was a beautiful quiet site great for kids the main thing for me was how great the showers were, really hot and really powerful anytime of the day, not an overcrowded site and the pitch sizes are more than generous, the kids loved playing both indoors and out and the outdoor pool was amazing, we were all surprised how warm it was even though it was 14°c at the time with cloud cover. Perfect location not quite in the hustle of Newquay but only 15 minutes drive if needed plenty of places to visit around the site. Will 100% be returning next year, the family that run this site are really friendly and so helpful. Just bring a long electric cable as mine was too short as it normally is.

The staff were great and friendly. They are not afraid to ask people to leave the site who break site rules.
The location is a great base for exploring Cornwall and close to shops for getting supplies.
The showers are nice and hot, and the onsite swimming pool is well maintained.

Our pitch was nice and spacious.

Overall we had a nice family holiday at a reasonable price :)

Not a criticism, the site in general could do with a uplift as parts of the campsite do look tired. This site does have great potential.
