We have had no one report that this pitch was not working, and we can't fix anything without being aware, I wish you had mentioned this whilst you were on site so I could have dealt with this personally. As you know, we are on site every day so are very approachable and immediately able to fix any issues.

Non mi è piaciuto: My one big dissapointment was the outside furniture, it was very poor and tied together with cable ties, we didnt have a parasol and when another family moved out I had to borrow that one. Our picnic table was also tied together with a cable tie.
Lovely to hear your positive review & that you enjoyed your stay
We are at the end of the season & have had it reported that someone damaged the picnic table and so we went as fast as possible to get the table "tied" to allow it at least to be used.
We have a few parasols available, not for every tent, so first come first served this is a rural campsite & a field & I doubt whether many customers would expect a parasol!
For the benefit of those reading this review - we run a tight ship and if we are reported items that are broken we do our level best to repair and replace.

The aeroplanes? We are not on a flight path but as in all parts of the country, the UK, there will be planes overhead - whether that's experienced from your own garden, parkland or elsewhere in the countryside. We do a "woop" when the Red Arrows come over which is a thrill in itself.
For the benefit of those reading: We are not on any flight path, we have had no one else mention this before.

I am pleased to hear you overall liked the site and thank you for your compliments.
Regarding access, with many arrivals of guests who come at all times of the day and evening it is impossible to personally welcome everyone and hence we send out very clear arrival instructions stating the access information & codes. It is a rural site and we take security very seriously, it is imperative these days both for the site itself and to our guests, we don't want young children or dogs to get onto the road, hence we ask everyone to keep the gates closed at all times.
