Hi Laura, apologies if I came across rude I was more annoyed that you did not report to us that electric on your side was low in power and when you mentioned airfryer & Kettle these household appliances will trip as not suitable for camping electric only low watt appliances suitable. We were busy Saturday and the young girls playing instruments beside you were playing st 11.15pm our security man asked them kindly to finish up.

As you spent over two weeks with us in your caravan during high season with a lot of people on site using our facilities and I have to say cleaned regularly curtains are also taking down and machined washed it was not mildew it is discoloured from a very busy season. We as a family take great pride in our site you do mention we need to improve our toilet/ shower facilities and in time we will. We don't take it lightly for someone to put up photos and say NOT good hygiene cleaned serval times every single day & night. We got to meet you several times over your stay we would have appreciated if you had mentioned your issue of shabby showers and toilets.
