The site was immaculate. Grounds and facilities were well cared for.
The restaurant food was decent quality and there were always tables available.

It would have been good to have water at the pitch so we didn’t need to move the motorhome but this didn’t spoil our holiday.

Brilliant facilities and well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, the arcade and the fishing lake, all perfect for the children. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant, good food and fair pricing. The campsite is really well laid out with lots of open space.

Being super fussy.. But the showers were a bit frustrating, (I understand why) but I had to keep pressing the button every 10seconds or so to keep the water on.
Travelling as a family it would be ideal to have a 'family shower' facility. Trying to shower a baby solo was difficult. From a practical view the overhead showers are tricky for children, a shower with an adjustable hose would be perfect. We did manage to use the disabled shower one evening as it was left unlocked, this was perfect and if it could be accessed by families too would be really useful.

Lovely site, spacious and clean. Our first visit and we would definitely visit again.

Quiet site. Easy to get to - no narrow roads. 10 minute drive from New Quay. Excellent value for money. Excellent facilities.

Park facilities & cleanliness

The hard standing pitches could do with some hardcore down that isnt so fine & doesn't travel on shoes into everything & everywhere.

Position only 2+ miles from new quay. Large pitches no water on pitch.

It seems that because it was quite they don't offer what they say. We were there for 3 nights in which we had 2 power cuts so the bar etc closed before one power cut,the 1st one we had washing in the machine we couldn't get out

The site is completely beautiful. It is clean, tidy, friendly and chilled. There is a perfect balance of peaceful natural space, and friendly entertainment space. The restaurant is lovely, food was delicious. The swimming pool is clean and warm and numbers are managed well. The pitch was great, spacious and flat. Pencnwc is definitely our new favourite site! Thank you!

The pitch was great, nice and flat had EHU and water supply plus waste disposal all close to the pitch, the showers and toilets were clean even though the shower floors could do with some rubber matts as they were grubby. The free taxi in to Newquay town an added bonus with pick up.

Not a lot for children if your taking them along, mini golf and a few arcade games.
The food was shocking not worth the prices they were charging, £26 for a steak full of fat and gristle, and a curry dry and heated in a microwave for £14, i even showed the waitress by turning the dish upside down and the curry stayed put it never moved.
Will not be going back as this let what could be a great site down./

Everything about this park is great, from the friendly staff in reception, to the facilities and great club house which serves amazing freshly cooked food. We will definitely be back. Thank you.
