Non mi è piaciuto: The camp site was noisy because they are cutting the grass at night time and also close to the road and the electric pitch ground wasn’t flat.
I’m not recommending for family because there is no entertainment and play ground for kids. We couldn’t sleep at night because of noise and the ground full of stones. We didn’t sleep for our whole stay (two nights). If I could rate it zero stars I would.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review however, some of the comments you have made about your stay are beyond our control. We never cut the grass at night-time; it was possibly the local farmers trying to get their hay harvest in during the short window of nice(r) weather we have had recently. We are located in a rural area (one of the draws for people to visit us!) and cannot control what times people work outside of the site.
Secondly, if there was a problem, please come and speak to us directly as we will always strive to accommodate any requests where possible.
We do not advertise that we provide entertainment or a playground for children - this is up to the guests to research the facilities before booking. There is plenty to do in Bala and the surrounding area and we are only too happy to suggest places to visit if guests pop into Reception to ask.
We haven't had any other complaints about stones on the pitch you stayed on but will investigate further - the pitch is currently booked back-to-back for the next couple of weeks, but we will check in between guests.

Clean pitch areas with well maintained grounds
Facilities were generally clean and in excellent condition.
We were able to order some great quality BBQ meat via the campsite from a local butchers.
Great location, with access to a train and a 1mile walk to Bala town.Non mi è piaciuto: As it was school holidays, the facilities did become a bit messy during the day due to the children on the campsite using them. These were cleaned really well though, so you just had to time things accordingly.
