Easy to find location, good setting for the cabin in the site.
Kettle and tea and coffee facilities and logs and matches for the stove were available in the cabin. It was clean and the facilities on site were excellent. The site was tidy and well laid out.
The cabin had its own outside space with a picnic table which was very useful.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Not a lot! There was a bit of traffic nose from the road but not significant to cause bother. So given 4 stars instead of 5. But it is very close to Bala lake and there are nice walks near by.

Wasn’t very hygienic. When you pulled the mattress down there was an empty tissue packet and a lot of dust.

Absolutely brilliant site, very clean and tidy pitches and very clean toilets and showers, very maintained place. Very easy to find pitch as they are numbered. We arrived late on Friday night and when we arrived there was a map on the reception Door with my name on and pitch number and also a map directing me to my pitch. Highly recommend this site 5 *****

The site was lovely, the toilet and shower block exceptionally cleaned. The lady on reception really helpful and welcoming on arrival.

This site is a lovely 15/20min walk into Bala we're there are beautiful shops

The toilet/shower block here has got to be the best I’ve seen. Absolutely spotless and very modern. The washing up sinks outside are even modern. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. A lovely quiet site, just a short walk from Bala lake and the village. Loved it here and will certainly be returning soon.

Janice was so welcoming and helpful when I arrived. I ended up moving pitch but she wanted to make sure I was happy with my pitch as I am a solo traveller. She also checked in on me to make sure I was ok and settling in.
The site is lovely - not as big as I though which was great for me. Facilities are good and location is excellent within a few minutes walk of the steam railway, the lake and Bala town.
Definitely going to visit again.

The shower wasn't very warm. I used it late evening but the next day the water temperature was fine so not sure why it wasn't as warm in the evening.

A lovely warm welcome from the owner. The campsite was clean and well kept. Pitches were big. Water and electrics available on pitch.
The new shower toilet block was very good. Husband loved the heated floor in the showers
Didn’t look around reception as we were only there one night but it looked well stocked.
A very quiet campsite where campers respected it.

Great location. Very clean and well maintained site. Big pitches that are well spaced. Bathrooms modern and spacious. No fuss booking. Plenty of walking routes from the site. Close to town and an easy walk to restaurants and takeaways.
