Strongly recommend visiting Bala Lake Hotel for some spa treatments too.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review - we're glad you enjoyed your stay on the whole. Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing we can do about the road or our proximity to it - we are always happy to try and move guests where possible if they are not happy with their pitch, but unless we are made aware at the time, there is very little we can do. WiFi is free from Reception if you pop in to see us, unfortunately we are still trying to work on improving this as it is not up to the standard we would like.
