Non mi è piaciuto: There is no control in place regarding ball games etc. we were unfortunate enough to be opposite a family whose kids kicked footballs , threw missiles and generally ran around while both parents sat and had a few beers. I felt sorry for their immediate neighbours as they were kicking the ball at their pup tent. Really disappointing. The fire pits are a great idea but some guests had no idea how to manage the flames and were burning items which were floating in the air- could have landed on an awning and started a fire. It’s 5 star child friendly but at the cost of others’ peace and quiet

Really clean toilet and shower facilities (with heated floor). Well stocked shop for all essentials. Lovely flat pitches, plenty of room for caravan, awning and vehicle. Stunning hill views. You can tell they have reinvested in the site and it is well worth it!

Thank you so much for your kind words, we really do appreciate it and we all look after the site as if it ours!! We can only apologise for the wifi we are just waiting for an upgrade which should have happened over Winter but........ We do not charge for the wifi and hopefully when you come back to visit , it should be sorted. Thank you again.

We can only apologise for the poor Wi-Fi and we are trying our best to get an upgrade to provide the best Wi-Fi connection around the park but its a waiting game I'm afraid, yes we do need to change the advertising but we do not charge for it at reception as it is so hit and miss.

We stayed in the Shepard hut and it was everything we hoped it would be. Tranquil, peaceful and just enjoyably quiet! We came for a weekend of exploring and relaxation, that’s exactly what we got.Shower facilities are the best I’ve ever had, underfloor heating.
10/10 for the full experience for us. We are planning to return next year to tackle Snowdon again.
Bit of a drive to Snowdon but the views along the way are worth it 😍.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, very much appreciated. I am sorry that the behavior of some of the guests was upsetting you , did you bring this to the attention of the member of staff? It was not mentioned in the handover. We always say that if we don't know about any problems we can't do anything about it as you saw we only have one ,member of staff on duty on the weekend. We try and make sure that all our guests have an enjoyable time with us but as you said if you want a quiet few days , avoid the school holidays.
