Within walking distance of the town & Bala Lake. Showers/toilets very clean & well maintained. Washing up facilities are undercover which is useful for the Welsh weather! Would certainly be happy to stay here again if we were going to this area in the future.

Shower gel/shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice bonus. Nice size as well especially if you have kids.Non mi è piaciuto: We had pitch 75 (electric grass tent) and the ground was horrendous to pitch. I honestly didn’t think I’d even be able to pitch it at first. Had to buy some heavy duty pegs and even some of those bent.
The toilets/shower facilities are quite new but once or twice there was no toilet roll and could maybe do with a more regular check for cleanliness.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review and so glad that you enjoyed our facilities. We are a very small team trying to run a very busy site and sometimes find it really hard to keep on top of things but would hope that customers would inform us if there was any issues within the shower block. As for the ground, as good as we are here we have no control over the weather and there didn't seem to be any problems with the other pitches either side to pitch 75 and you are right in what you say it always pays to have decent tent pegs when camping! Thank you again for your comments.

We do have a wood-fired pizza van that comes once a week throughout the Summer holidays, sorry you missed this. There are also lots of lovely places to eat in Bala too that we are happy to recommend to guests that need some dining inspiration!
