Staff are super friendly and helpful. We booked with our friends to celebrate my birthday so emailed in advance to see if we could have spaces next to each other, quick reply back and was all sorted! On arrival i received a bottle of prosecco which was the kindest thing and really made my day.

We don't have a generator but wonder if you're referring to the leaf blower or collection machine that may have been operating during your stay... This can be noisy but is essential to keep the site looking tip-top!
