We think we have the times of pool opening ok, 10am until 5pm so 7 hours open, keeps the ambience around the pool area nice and calm first thing in the morning and around teatime when everyone seems to want to sit and relax without the elevated activity from the pool area, plus, we need to send the staff home at some point after they have cleaned and checked chemicals ready for the next day
Fabulous site,very clean facilities, staff amazing.

We were not aware that your washing up water was not hot enough, had we known at the time we may have been able to have a look to see what the issue was on the day. It seems to have been resolved as there are lots of happy dishwashers out there today.

Our car broke down on our final day and they were only too happy to help in anyway they could. The facilities are spotless. The pool is fantastic and the views are breathtaking. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. We saw dolphins 🐬. The weather was beautiful so that helped too.

Out dated but performing as designed, yes there are plans for a full rebuild of our washroom facilities which will make the park so much better.
Thank you Donna for the positive comments on the things we control, the cleanliness is an essential, our friendly helpful staff and the views which we make sure every pitch has a good one.
Thw ifi, although there is an optional extra which some people do want to use, the people who provide this service will happy to help anyone with their connection, if it allows you to go online and pay for the service it is available so should work, it is usual that the device settings are not right 9/10 times but Camping Connect are always helpful and will ensure those who need the extra heklp to connect can do so.
