I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were friendly, everything was extremely clean and the on site bar/restaurant was great! I couldn't ask for anything more.

Every thing was spotless and well kept the staff were very pleasant especially the groundskeeper Mathew who chatted to all of us tourers (he definitely deserves a pint or 3) we heard the touring site was been closed to accommodate statics if it’s true it would be a shame we throughly enjoyed are stay

Small site

The roads driving into the site very narrow bit scary when meeting oncoming vehicles squeezing thro but this is not the sites fault.
Saturday night noisy loud music and car doors banging till late
Food average in restaurant my fish was very wet obviously frozen
Kids messing about outside caravans & bowling green screaming & shouting don’t know where they came from it’s adult only site maybe parents inside the on site pub
On site facilities could do with a refurb was very cold when getting out of shower

Well kept site. 6 touring pitches & Pods in a great location. Fully serviced pitches with shower & toilet blocks. On site pub, opens various days serving good food.
Lovely walks along the river & so many places to visit by car. Including York, Ripon, Wetherby, Harrogate & Knarsbough.

Small site for touring vans, quiet and comfortable with very clean facilities convenient and close to hand. Pleasant countryside, good walking, close to Harrogate, York and RHS Harlow Carr.

Would have liked motorhome waste emptying point as many vans like ours are not equipped with emptying hose.

Great pub on site serving fab food and all at a reasonable price..
short Uber ride into Wetherby.

Good pitch size, with water and drainage . A great base for visiting Harrogate and surrounding villages

Touring site close to bar and restaurant , car park at back of pitch so noise from cars entering / leaving and the entertainment on the Saturday night.

Site was lovely and clean good amenities and a fabulous bar on site (we arrived for celebration night for the new season) as most of site is for statics and all 5 touring pitches were invited for a night of free pie and peas and entertainment in the bar

Toilet and shower block for the tourers was freezing (we stayed early March) but think it must have been a fault with the heating and hopefully corrected 🤔

Clean well maintained site. Friendly reception and bar/restaurant staff. Amazing food.

No apple cider in the bar.

(Local area needs a little tlc but obviously this is not the sites issue)
