The entertainment - the karaoke was a lot of fun, as was the bingo.
Never had to queue for toilets/showers.
Camping pod was so clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable.
Lots of convenient parking, and the site’s closeness to the beach and other attractions.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very minor issue, but the portion of chips that came with my burger was very meagre. But my son loved his pizza, and having a few less chips is not a big deal!

Outside space, closeness to the toilets and was very peaceful. Good location to various places.

No signs where the drinking water was, glass outside the pod on the floor and could do with some hooks in the pod.

The pod and facilities in camping area was clean tidy and what was expected.

Food in restaurant was very poor quality and very highly priced- the staff could do with a lesson or two in customer service.

The Pod was lovely and clean and very pretty to look at. It could do with a few hooks in there as there is nowhere to hang clothes.

The entertainment on the Friday night was a Reggae DJ who was brilliant.

Staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was really good and the service too.

I only stayed a couple of nights but I really enjoyed the break.

Children's play area is small, although it it is very conveniently placed outside outside the clubhouse where you can keep an eye on them easily.

The site shop is tiny and limited stock, so no good for things you have forgotten to pack eg cups or spoons! The shop manager was very helpful and friendly though.

The toilets in the clubhouse could do with being checked more often as they were constantly out of toilet paper and getting blocked.

We liked the bar area and enjoyed the bingo each evening. Good location, lots to do in the area. The pool is also nice and quite big.

The toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Pool time is limited to a 45 minute slot, would be nicer to have a bit longer.

The receptionist and the pods although had a lot of dust under the beds .

These are the pictures of the facilities we had the whole time. That toilet was not cleaned once. Reception staff and pods were nice but the rest of the staff need more training and the facilities were unsanitary. We came with a three year old and it was totally unsuitable and I couldn't even shower her because of the mess. Rubbish was spewing from a trailer next door which you could smell .
