Nice clean site, new looking toilets that have waterfall showers.

Staff friendly.

Close to local walks that leads upto the canals, can walk for miles.

Twice noted that toilets had ran out of toilet paper, was quickly rectified by staff. Would benefit from extra checks during busy times to ensure issues don't arise.

The pitches were so clean and facilities to bath, doing dishes, laundry everything was so good.

Personally speaking, when we arrived late to the pitch, we weren’t sure what to do, like where to park the motorhome. If there was a note mentioning that latecomers should check the reception area, it would have been helpful. We realized this later and only went to reception during our later stays.

Also, having a long hose to connect water to the motorhome would be nice. I’m not sure whether this should be provided with the motorhome or at the pitches, but if they could provide a long hose, it would be really useful. Unfortunately, we had to use a bottle to fill the water on a cold night.

Cleanliness and warmth of welcome and washing facilities. Good walking up lane for dog. Easy tram and bus access.

Roadworks on outskirts which seemed very slow.

The pitch size was perfect toilets and showers was extremely clean the shop well stocked staff friendly there was no rush for leaving time which we loved liked the room where you could use facilities eg microwave fridge somewhere to sit and chill

Showers was only warm and was annoying how you had to keep pushing the button frequently
