Very friendly and helpful wardens and only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach. There's even a bus that will bring you back up the hill for £1.50 each which is a bonus after a long day if you don't fancy the trek back up.

Sorry to read you stay wasn't as you hoped, We find if the wind is in the wrong direction we can hear other parks more than at other times but should always be turned of by 22.30. Unfortunately we only have 9 showers and if we didn't have a 20p charge it would mean there's much more of a que to have a shower as people would spend longer in the shower. We try to ensure everyone is aware of this when booking and apologies if this want the case.

We had the most wonderful time at Leadstone, the campsite is beautiful and calm, with spacious green grass pitches and a very clean large sanitary block (more than enough showers and toilets to accommodate the guests). And most importantly, Nicola and her husband are incredibly warm and welcoming, you can tell that they genuinely care about every guest and want them to have the best experience possible. I rarely leave reviews, but this was a true highlight of our trip!
