Very Friendly wardens. Pitches divided by shrubs/trees. Good size pitch. Ours was flat. Easy walk along the front to Dawlish. Lovely garden centre next door. Bus stop outside camp gates. Little shop on site very useful. Facilities spotless.

Showers need better extraction fan.

Very clean, good showers though you paid 20p to use, near to pubs and beach

This is a vast site, we were only staying one night and out of peak periods, therefore the site was very empty(the section we were in was only 10% full), however we were stuck on a pitch that was muddy… when there were a wealth of other grass green pitches around us, plus why do sites insist on grouping with other campers! (Why can sites not space people out?)

I would also question the size of facilities to the vast amount of camping available. Whilst clean and tidy on arrival by the following morning looked well used.

Grass kept short.
It was quiet when we went.
Plenty to do in Dawlish Warren, walking, beaches, including dog friendly away from main beach,food outlets and pubs. There is a frequent bus, trains and boat trips.

Not sure the shower block would be big enough at peak times, slightly dated but clean. They were muddy at one time after a lot of rain, there is cleaning things left outside showers but some people don’t clean up after themselves.
No phone reception, so no WiFi,
You can pay for their WiFi.

This was a last minute booking for us.
We arrived late which wasn't an issue. The gentleman (Will) who met us was really accommodating and gave us ideas of what to do in & around the area.
The facilities were exceptional and the site is VERY well kept.
The first site I've been to were I felt I can relax.
It is a hilly site, but from what I see, there were many flat pitches.

Easy access to beach. Nice clean site. Plenty of bins etc.

Could do with a few more single sex showers most are unisex not really a problem but the one in the ladies was much more roomy and seemed cleaner.

The area site was ok bit slopey

Out pitch was very slopey unable to cook or eat off table has was to slopey we had to move pitches 3days in has we we're flooded the other pitch was ok when site full the toilet block wasn't big enough to cope with demands so very dirty no clean at all up until the site was all most empty then started to get a bit cleaner (needs nother toilet block )

The general atmosphere of the camp was lovely, a good mixture of people all ages.

The facilities were good and in my experience always clean.

My little boy loved playing on the park and from our pitch it was ideal as we could see the park from the front of our tent to know he was always safe.

The park was quiet at 10:30 at night which made it easy for little ones (as well as big ones) to get some sleep.

The onsite coffee van was great, my little boy especially liked the candy floss, everything was so fairly priced.

Staff were very friendly.

WiFi signal wasn’t always great, to be honest it was quite nice to switch off though from phones for the weekend.

Nice layout, friendly owners, great facilities, lovely van selling ice cream, candy floss at very good prices, walking distance to pub and beach
