Clean tidy nice staff

Facilities like the outdoor pool, big clubhouse with arcade games for kids and entertainment. Plenty of showers and kept clean.

Super pitches look great and would love to use but unable due to have pets. Signal is poor for internet (not their fault) but no WiFi unless it’s in the clubhouse. Unable to bit voucher for superpitch wifi even though signal was strong where we pitched. Other pitches are basic and need modernising.

The park is well spaced out and plenty of room between each caravan the staff were extremely polite and friendly and all the amenities was first class I have stayed at this park before and I still find it a pleasant park to stay

The shower room was cold and I think needs a bit of a up lift, the pitches are in need of a revamp because there is a few weeds getting through the hard standing pitches but overall that’s it

Amazing and extremely clean and well maintained site. One of the best caravan sites we have visited. Staff friendly, nice pool and arcade for the kids. Lots of stuff to do and visit outside of the site for day trips etc. Overall very impressed!!!

Very clean site great entertainment staff very friendly and helpful only stayed for one night as a stop off to newquay wish we stayed for longer will be booking again but for longer next time to enjoy the park more.

No Sunday Carvery menu but the food was delicious.

good site but last time we stayed we had a area with out dogs. I do like dogs but would have liked a area just for people that do not have them

As above I think that you should have kept at area just for people that have no dogs

The park was very clean excellent cleaning crew.

Everything else. the club did not open until after 12 not all the arcade machines got turned on the small park on site is over run by older kids so if you have smaller children expect them to come back constantly crying because they have been hit or kicked down the slide when reported to reception you are told it’s not there problem keep them in the caravan extremely rude and not what you expect, when you tell the children to play where they are safe outside of your caravan they are harassed by the reception staff telling them they are not allowed to play outside the caravan which that is not displayed anywhere on site or in the welcome pack i just think they wanted to be as difficult as possible there attitude is the park was not built for the kids to play outside it was built for you to stay in your caravan and if that’s the case you need to advertise that and stop advertising that this is a family friendly stay nothing from our week here made me feel like this was a family park or makes me want to come back.

Absolutely top tier holiday park we could not fault it at all!
The cleaning staff work tirelessly.
The club house food was good quality and reasonably priced, sweets and slushy drinks for kids were really well priced.
Ample tables and chairs inside club house.
The maintenance team are constantly at work, the flowers around the park are very impressive.
Evening entertainment is fab from bingo to magicians starting around 6.30pm until past 11 some nights and no you cannot hear noise from the club house at all.
Pool - Basic but clean - We stayed over a week and still paid as free swimming starts after September we were told.
Shop - Well stocked and reasonably priced.
Arcade was relatively basic but fun for the kids and yes the grab machines give out teddy’s!

Nothing - It was a great holiday park in a great location.
We considered changing our holiday location because of some of the bad reviews but we would have missed out on an absolutely fab holiday - Just book it you won’t regret it!
