Receptionists were friendly and polite The cleanliness of the site - everything was immaculate.

Showers/toilets were spotless, the cleaning crew work so hard to keep them looking and smelling lovely.

Fantastic and highly recommend. It was clean and very friendly, the hard standing pitches were big and tidy, indoor pool was great, location in brilliant.

The location is brilliant, but that does come at a cost of some road noise.

Ablution Block and the small fishing lake (Could do with a bit of restocking of fish)

Water tap for filling bouser needs a hose fitted as could not fit universal hose, wasted a lot of water.
The pool was not included even that we were staying the 5days.
Could not park the car next to the caravan without going onto the set grass which would cause ground damage.
Lastly sent into club house no real ale not even in bottle and no Pinot white wine, so didn't stay sent back to the van and had a drink there. Disappointing!!

The site was great, clean, facilities were very good modern and clean. Pool was good size and timed slots stops it being too busy.
Liked the dog walking path.

Site is very well kept, very clean.
Showers and toilets are clean and fresh again well kept.
The staff are very friendly and on hand if you need information.
Big play area/park for the kids which again is kept neat and tidy, site is within walking distance of town so very handy.
Definitely will be going back soon

Nothing, second time going to this site, will go again

Super pitches had plenty of space, which included gravel for the awning so no mud in and out of the caravan. Swimming pool was nice and warm. Lots to do for the children and evening entertainment was good. Toilet blocks are clean. Attractions near-by such as Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Western Super-Mare Beach. Value for money restaurants near-by too.

Could do with some more ‘street lighting’ to make it easier to see on the main road/path stretches on the way to the toilets and evening entertainments.
