The facilities and location are fantastic, not to mention the lovely family who run Hendre Hall.

Excellent view! Nice welcome with great service at the bar.

Location was a bonus, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to a shop and little over 5 minutes to the train station

Being asked to turn my radio down at 6pm by a fellow camper (baring in mind it was only only volume 7) but then they had there toddler running around screaming

Loved the views and the beach which was a very short walk.
Had a bar, cafe and farm shop although we didn’t use these.

Lovely camp site but the dirty showers and toilets let them down. For the amount of pitches including tents, there were only 1 male and 1 female shower and 2 unisex showers. Again only 1 male and 1 female toilet and 2 unisex toilets, not enough for the amount of pitches. We waited until after 9pm to use them, not very clean at that time either and no mirrors in the 2 toilets near the bar area.
We had a motorhome and the pitch we were put on was sloping which our levelling ramps didn’t help. They did offer to put us on another pitch but it was a lot smaller.

What a delightful camp site!
Owners and staff friendly. Friday night had a very good singer and was very enjoyable.
A small herd of pigmy goats close to our caravan provided hours of entertainment. Lovely beach and shoreline 5 minutes walk away. Now and again a train went past on the adjacent railway. Only comment / suggestion would be a lamp at night at the chemical disposal point.
Just wish dog owners would monitor their dogs and pick up poo which appeared as if by magic in various places around other people's caravans! Not something the site owners can be held responsible for! Would definitely recommend Hendre Hall to others

Lovely site and location, staff extremely friendly and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay.

Only 2 toilets on site for both male and female, nice and clean though.

The pub has recently been renovated which is nice, small but nice.

Upon arrival in a camper & staying in a pod before reading and signing the T’s & C’s I made it very clear to reception we were staying in a camper and pod I was told all fine no issues. There was an issue we kept getting our electric unplugged! Very annoying!!!
Only one toilet with warm water and one shower you would use, you need to pay for a shower.

Brilliant location close to a small beach. Excellent shop with cold drinks and nice snacks. Staff friendly and helpful.

Only a couple of toilets and showers and having to pay for the showers. For the price of the pitches these should definitely be freely available. Who even has coins to use in a shower these days anyway?!
Wind was super strong so we had to bail early, but it would have been lovely if the weather had been on our side.
