As such a small site we don't have a 'reception' as such but do have a chek in point where you can check your name off when you arrive.
You should have recieved an email telling you we can't alway be arouund, plus instructions on how to access the internet, a site map and further 'useful info' including walks?
The farm pitches are at the back of the buildings and most people prefer to be on the field in fine weather. Sorry, I had (perhaps wrongly) asumed that's where you would have prefered to be.
Beautiful part of the world, clean facilities just lovely.

We walked to Gunnerside and had lunch (and a few drinks) at the Kings Head , food is fantastic here. Definitely recommend it
