No one onsite to greet on arrival, contact by phone and met in morning, not a problem to me but some may find that strange. Sea glimpse if you streched your neck from my plot. Hello, thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. Our greeting in the morning was because your arrival was outside of reception times (which are printed in our terms and conditions and your booking). We ensured you were happy over the telephone and in normal circumstances would of made our way to see you, even outside of these times and on a Sunday evening. However this was also Fathers Day which had a bearing on keeping to our published hours of arrival for a personal welcome.
We also offered you an upgrade in pitch as we had availability and offered this free of charge, which you gladly took up and when asked, you were happy with your pitch. We had other pitches with sea views available if you had wished, we like to ensure we meet our guests requirements as best as we can. We are glad you enjoyed a quiet stay and hope you enjoyed our village of Hartland. Many thanks again for staying with us.

We had a warm welcome with a choice of pitches, lots of help with coast and valley walks and places to go. We were able to be next to our friends and enjoyed our whole stay.
Facilities were modern, lovely and clean with nice hot showers. Our pitch was spacious and had plenty of room which was great as we had our dog.
The views of the sea and countryside were stunning and sunsets were truly amazing and we all had such a a relaxing time.
We've already booked our next stay and can't wait!Non mi è piaciuto: Absolutely nothing!
