Staff were amazing. Really clean facilities. Great clubhouse and cafe on site. Carboot every other Saturday so that was nice to have a wander around. There was a food stall selling the most delicious cookies and cakes. I cannot wait to return to this little gem

Amazing time, just wow. The place is so lovely and clean through out.
The owners was brilliant, felt right at home. Lovely friendly club house, and food and drinks was spot on.
Showers was great. I cannot recommend this place enough, don't actually want to go anywhere else now haha. Already planning our next trip back.
my daughter loved sitting at the bar as she was close to the chocolates haha.

The site is well looked after. Very neat and tidy. The toilet block/showers were very clean. The breakfast in the restaurant was so good. Bar prices are very reasonable, I would say, slightly cheaper than pub prices.

The park is amazing, it’s our first time in our caravan and will re visit many times 💗 toilets and shower facilities are spotless and the lakes for fishing or sitting near are so peaceful 💞 haven’t eaten in the cafe on site but heard many good things about it from other campers, we have been told next time we go that we need to book in for the roast dinner on a Sunday 💓 we will be back as it’s our favourite getaway park 💞

Easy to book in,taken to pitch and had choice of 3,site immaculate and tidy.
Once set up we wandered over to their restaurant and bar,very friendly ambience.
Food and drinks very reasonably priced.
Electric runs on a metered system ,we bought a ten pound card for the weekend and you get a refund at end of period...only cost us a couple of quid !!
Great weekend....even though we don't fish.just a nice peaceful relaxing site.

What a little gem! Beautiful and well kept site. Pitches are generous and facilities spotless. Lakes look fantastic and the surrounding is beautifully landscaped with adjoining woodland and walks.
We will definitely come back!

It's not much of an issue for us but just to point out that the water pressure on the pitch taps was very low - waited ages for a 5l watering can to fill up.

I booked the Butterfly hut. Which was compact and the bed was very comfortable.
And my older children (28 - 23yrs) camped in their tents, the other side of the lake. They all enjoyed the fishing. Any electric not used was refunded.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Shower/toilet blocks were very clean. Lots of large bins for rubbish.
Choice of 5 fishing 🎣 lakes for all levels and fishing abilities.
Lots of places to visit near by.

Yet another fantastic stay the facility where spot on as usual the shower where nice and hot the staff was very helpful as we had forgot are electric cable the provided one for us to us can’t wait for are next trip

What a lovely stay! A very warm welcome, loved the fact they were relaxed where we pitched up, we had a great view of the lake 4 and 5!
Although it was busy as it was bank holiday it did not seem cramped. Would love to visit again!
