Well placed for stratford, bus stop outside,walk is 40 mins or taxi £8.

Shop never open when we went there but not a biggie

Greeted with a friendly welcome on to the site. The toilet block was clean and the site was quiet even though it was full for the bank holiday weekend

The drainage wasn’t good and the hard standing area is small so we couldn’t use our awning even though we paid extra for it.

Very nice site and lovely, helpful wardens.
Really enjoyed our stay.

A bit far as we have to walk into Stratford as the Bus service outside was bad

Owner and staff very friendly but Wednesday is their day off and felt guilty asking for help when we didn’t have a hose to fill water tank during their personal time. Would benefit from the addition of laundry facilities and wifi.

Booked it because said there was a shop which also sold alcohol which would save us driving out and shopping. Shop only open for an hour in the morning to supply newspapers; alcohol license withdrawn due to change of ownership.

Although nothing to actually dislike about dodwell park it was not our type of site. All a bit too laid out and big chocks needed on many pitches.

We have stayed at this site several times now as it is near my parents. We love how quiet it is and that we can walk into Stratford Upon Avon. We took our dog with us for the first time and there are so many places to walk her in the area. The wardens are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Last year my father was in hospital and I was leaving and returning to the site at times I could have disturbed others so the wardens gave me a pitch at the entrance to allow me to do this. I highly recommend this site!
