Great location to get into Stratford-upon-Avon with a bus stop outside the site.
Lovely welcome and everything you need for a comfy stay.

Toilet and showers could do with updating or decorating. Would benefit from a good clean.
A drive over drain for motorhome grey waste would be an upgrade.

Shower block. Definitely need updating.
Site not really set up for motorhomes. Very difficult to get to water supply and nowhere to empty grey water tank.

Friendly staff as we arrived , offered to open shop up if we wanted anything , didn’t like to a say yes, as we felt we would feel obliged to buy something . Didn’t look like much in stock , just basics
( probably could do with arrival desk in shop )

Didn’t like crossing the road for the bus stop , the cars vans etc go very fast past .
Could do with an island or something especially for the older end crossing there .

The toilet block is a tad dated but was clean with plenty showers and toilets

Clean facilities, hot showers, friendly staff. Convenient bus stop. Proximity to Stratford. My sister and I walked to Anne Hathaway 's Cottage then into Stratford. We then walked back to the site. We did this on Sunday because the buses were less frequent. It was a pleasant walk with decent pavements.

Nice site. Pitches 9 and 8 by the toilets seem to be the better of the two gravel pitches. We didn't really need to use our ramps as it was pretty level. The others looked to be quite slopey, so definitely would need big ramps. Site was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities. Check in process was easy as well. Showers were hot and not the ones where you have to keep pushing the button, which is a bonus. Toilets are not modern, but had what we needed.

Only thing I would say, which isn't really a complaint, is id say the 10:30pm quiet time should be earlier like 9:30pm, especially as there are residents behind. We would hear a lot of talking and dogs after the 10:30pm curfew, but it didn't disturb us.

Everything was very good,as soon as we arrived we was checked in very quick,shown to our pitch and guided straight onto the spot,we travelled with a relative,he was loaned levelling chocks as he didn't have any,the shower and toilet block was very clean,we were ver pleased with our stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessley clean showers and toilets, good pitches, bus stop right outside so easy to get in and out of Stratford on Avon, bus allowed dogs too. Only £2 each and dogs are free.

The shop on site could have been open more
