We've stayed at this site a few times now - very clean, excellent facilities, good food options if you fancy a change from cooking. The site has a very friendly atmosphere and whilst it is only 20 minutes from Calais it feels very rural.

Our power supply cable couldn't reach the electricity supply, despite our cable being 15 metres in length - this has always been more than ample on all other sites that we've used it. They sold cables in the shop and had a few spares at reception but none long enough. As a result we could only charge things during the day and bring the cool box back into the tent at night - a bit inconvenient!

Friendly staff, clean showers and sinks, lovely grounds. Bar and shop are a bonus

Quite pricey compared with other similar sites

Stayed for 2 nights at Château de la Bien-Assise last minute booking and they had a fully serviced pitch for us we travelled down in our motorhome from England, Campsite only 20mins away from the Ferry Port !! Very enjoyable break ! Women in reception showed us to our pitch and explained everything to us that we needed to know gave us a map of the camping site very friendly and helpful staff !
Overall hygiene was extremely excellent in the toilet, showers and swimming pool areas.
The campsite grounds lovely and very scenic and also lovely to walk around and they have a field at the back with two beautiful horses!
They do have laundry room and somewhere to do your washing up but I never used them facilities due to having a motorhome.
Food in the snack bar cooked all fresh and really tasty serves from 6pm-11pm. Gentlemen serving were very happy and friendly to.
Overall Very impressed and 100% will be coming back next year !!!

Would only say the shop on site didn’t have much stock on the shelves but not sure if coming to end of season.

Perfect pitch in centre of site, close to pool and toilets. Lots of space for kids to run around and make friends. Felt very safe.

No warm food during day. Shop also closed during the day.
