The park was very clean and tidy and shower blocks and toilets were very clean.

We had a wonderful time staying in a Pod plus, my son loved the novelty of it, the park is clean and peaceful with brilliant family showeroom and bath facilities, it is the first place we have seen a family bathroom on a site which Includes a bath and shower and really made life that much simpler, there is a woodland trail you can do and even a play park, our stay also included passes to the sister site Ladram bay where there is unlimited activities, beach access and a pool, the staff are lovely, we originally booked for a weekend and extended our stay as had such a lovely time and we will be returning, is close to Exmouth and Exeter and other surrounding towns, highly reccomend,

The only thing was the play park wasn't open but that wasn't a park issue but a manufacturer issue but we weren't notified upon booking

The onsite restaurant isn't open in the day time, I think the option for Lunch would've been nice

And in our welcome pack and online and in other notifications it said we were allowed bbqs however upon arrival we were told we couldn't, not a huge issue and didn't impact our stay, we still had a great time, just conflicting information

WiFi on the site orher than the onsite restaurant had to be paid for as a daily charge,

Place was amazing the pod was cozy clean and well maintained, quite area ,only ate once in the restaurant but wasn't keen on the madras but everyone to their own and it was shut the reat if the time we was their .but overall everything was fine staff friendly and very well polite as well .

Showers can do will a update and water being abit hotter but still didn't stop me showering ..

The cleanliness of the shower/toilet facilities was fantastic. It was also nice and warm which is important on spring evening. There is a small coffee machine in the laundry room which we didn’t use but appreciated the little touches this place has.
The small shop provided lots of goodies!
The receptionist was so so kind and made us feel very welcome, even borrowed us a dust pan for our tent. The site was easy to navigate and water/electric right on our pitch. Great site overall and the price is unbeatable! We will be back.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful. Facilities were outstanding, even under floor heating in the shower block. The park and facilities are well maintained and very clean.
Will 100% return in the near future.

A nice welcome on arrival, lots of friendly staff all smile and wave while passing your pitch. Spotless facilities. Nice bar and food, nice shop for essentials and plenty of wildlife around. Great price pitches.

Internet reception was poor

Very well kept site , very clean and heated toilet block, very friendly and welcoming staff. On site pub bar maid was very friendly and happy to help. Food was very good at a fair price. The site is close to Woodbury common for a great choice of walks.

This is the second time we have been to this site and we just love it.
Staff are so welcoming and friendly, site lovely and clean, quiet and lots of space. (2 adults, 6 year old and a 13 year old)

A lovely stocked shop on sites, washing machines and dryers, 2 family bathrooms (bath and shower, along with toilet and sink)

Play park and a football pitch, local national park just minutes down the road. We have ordered food from the restaurant 3 times over our two stays and the food is really good. You can sit in and eat or take out.

We stayed in a pod plus and we loved it, own toilet and sink (saves walking across the site to the bathrooms), mini kitchen (sink, microwave, two hobs, fridge with mini freezer and a kettle).
Bunker beds and a double bed, with table and chairs. In the pod there was a mini hoover and dustpan and brush. Large decking area with a family picnic bench. Own parking spot.

You can use their sister site Ladrum bay, lots to do there. Arcade, beach, swimming, massive play park, lovely bar and restaurant area, good side shop sells everything. Lovely walks and a football pitch.

Bicton botanical gardens is a great place to take kids, lots to do and see. Good value for money.

A great farm shop Greendale farm shop, 7 minutes down the road and if you like fishing some small lakes just behind the site, family run and great for kids.

WiFi is available if you stay in the caravans, but not the pods.

We will be going back next year, as we just love the site

My only dislike was the showers.
I know it is coming to end of seasons, so can understand if things will done over the closing season.
The showers were better maintained in our first stay compared to our stay recently. Two not running properly. Another had chewing gum and hair stuck to the walls, which was there all week. (I know this isn't down to the site but the users themselves)

Bit of a phone signal blackspot, but had to pay WiFi. As site was o e of the more expensive in area it would have been better if this was included. That's my only gripe though.
