We didn't have a lagoon pitch but we was on the grass just next to those potches and had a great view of the lagoon and loved watching all the boats go by. So easy to get into venice on the small ferry which was a perfect addition to the holiday. We ate at the restaurant and in the bar, the food was really tasty and the portions were really big. Great value for money. All the facilities were very clean, and never busy. The staff were great, my partner had an infected bite (from pompei not fusina) and the reception helped us locate a chemist and even gave us some cream free of charge. The ferry is just a 2 min walk out of the front gates, so getting over to Venice itself was so easy,it was a lovely little boat ride. All in all we would 100% recommend Fusina and if we are ever back in that direction we would definitely choose this site to stay

Location was great! Very close to ferry, so you can go to Venice with no hustle. Depending on your location, sunrise is great to watch. Facilities were clean.

Toooo much mosquitos. Be prepared with sprays, otherwise you will have 20 bites in 1 night.

A different site, in an industrial / port side location beside cruise liners and freight ships, but pitches are in a leafy park setting with a stunning vista of Venice which can be reached in 20 minutes by hourly passenger ferry. Ferry costs €13 return). Facilities are of a 60’s vintage, but include a pool (cap required), restaurant, shop and bar as well as laundry, and usual amenities.

In September there are a lot of flying insects, so bring repellent. Other than ferry to Venice (last return 8.30pm during the week), nothing else in the area.
Aircraft noise during the day as on flight path. Ships horns can wake you up in the morning. Unless you are going to see Venice, there is no point coming here.

Superbe camping

As we mainly went to this camping spot to see Venice it was perfect to have a shuttle ferry literally 2 min walk away! So easy to purchase the tickets with the friendly reception staff.
Camping grounds also have many more facilities to make it an all round great spot for a holiday or short visit.
Didn’t visit the bar or restaurant but it looked great.
Loved our location at the water front where it was a lovely view to Venice and well worth the extra $! (Beware if mozzies)
Showers and toilets were a long walk for where our camper was located and could have been a bit cleaner but were okay.
Wifi generated good. However struggled to reach our camp site which was one of the furthest from reception and facilities but as we didn’t use it much, this was not really an issues for us.
Used the laundry facilities where everything was clean and worked well.
The mini mart is super convenient and well stocked with everything you need!
Very much enjoyed staying here!

The site was quiet, lots of trees for shade, not too big. Reception were very helpful and sold tickets for the boat to Venice and Alberoni beach.
The pool was clean and newly done with nice sun loungers and there were two play areas.

Free wifi

The bungalow was spacious. The shop was well stocked, yet very expensive.

The bungalow/static caravan was lacking many things. I decided to make a list:
No chopping board
No wine glasses
No cork screw
No grill or toaster
No mirror in the bedroom
No turning spatula making it very difficult to fry things (which was the only option as no grill)
No kettle
No scissors
No terrace, some did.

There were holes in the bedsheets and we were given two single sheets for a double bed.

The pool was very cold with no deep or shallow end.

I did not think it was good value for money, very expensive for such a basic bungalow towards the end of season.

There were a lot of derelict buildings where the boat went from and the location is close to the industrial port.
