Unfortunately we cannot keep the kitchen open indefinitely and have to have publicised opening and closing times. However we did put the friers back on and as you state cooked some take away chips. The cost of living has impacted us here in France as well. We have kept our prices the same as last year to remain competitive so our cost base has increased. We have expanded the menu this year but after all we are a campsite fundamentally not a restaurant. You could have eaten in town where we know the menu would have been more basic and more expensive.

Thank you for your review we are glad you enjoyed our campsite. We have 2 shower blocks with a total of 12 showers (including 3 handicap facilities) to serve 65 pitches. We were completely full in July for a festival and it didn't really cause an issue then. We have an ongoing issue with the internet as it keeps dropping out intermittently. We have contacted our supplier who is looking into the problem and monitoring the line.

Lovely food. Very family friendly, the kids loved the pool and the games room.
Jayne also advised us on a walk which very beautiful and captured everything we wanted to see.
If we could have stayed longer we would have. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend this site!
