Nice little site

Toilets need updating in both camping and the bar.

The site was fantastic, very quiet and enjoyed the swimming pool and onsite bar and grill.

Will definitely stay again.

Swimming pool on site, nice location and friendly staff

Pitches need looking at, paid for hardstanding but very boggy, was provided with boards and staff very helpful.

We had a lovely sized pitch, excellent WiFi, short walk to heated shower block, with great showers.
The lodge bar was excellent, a good choice beers/lagers. Meals were excellent.
Gary the manager was brilliant always on hand to help, infact all the staff from reception to bar were welcoming.

A big field with plenty of facilities. Clean and budget friendly. 40min drive to Bristol, 30 min drive to Weston super Mare.

Since the field is an open space on to of a hill it is quite windy. So pick your dates carefully and check the met office report before you go.

Swimming pool was lovely entrance well organised and location was good

Pitches were small and tight to get a larger Motorhome into. Also the whole site was very wet and most of the grass muddy - not the sites fault - the hard standing pitch was not really big enough, mud and uneven surfaces around toilet block and recycling area caused me to slip even tough it was not raining during our stay. Seems to be a lack of a motorhome service point just taps located around site hard to fill a motorhomes tanks and nowhere obvious to drop the waste tank unless I missed something obvious. I did ask at reception and was told the blue dots on the map were the taps?

We had a great time visiting the area the site was well kept. We would definitely come back. The facilities were clean and the pitch was level. Which for motorhome means even less things to get out.

This was undoubtedly one of the best sites where I have been.
Organised, spacious, and facilities clean at all times.
I am considering going back in a couple of months as the area has lots to see...
