Almost everything, the site facilities are very tired and dated and seriously not up to any kind of decent standard. The site is ‘locked in’ by roads and there is only one footpath that leads directly from the site. There is no pub within walking distance. The food offered in the restaurant was what you would expect and in fairness was quite good and value for money. We were at the top of the site and the dogs in the nearby shelter barked constantly in the morning. There was also a pump or something that sounded like a low flying helicopter from somewhere close by.

It’s fine and lovely where we where . Unfortunately a long way for loos and showers etc., apart from that the bar and restaurant was pretty good. It’s a lovely spot to stay when visiting Wookey Hole . Also bus service (good) outside the camp for Wells etc. Yeah , I would definitely come back again 👍🏼

The bar/restaurant, along with the swimming pool are excellent features. The toilets at the Glades area are good but tired and could do with some updating. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The road/drive to the whole site needs some work and the WiFi is not available throughout the site.

The pool was amazing. My grandsons aged 9 and 13 loved it. The restaurant was busy and alot of entertainment while we where there. The staff all worked hard and very friendly and helpful. The showers are lovely and hot and good water pressure which is great as somtimes on sites you don't get enough water pressure and you get cold. The shop was well stocked up with food sweets and camping nesities.

Although we enjoyed are stay, and we have booked again in November to come with friends, it would be nice to perhaps tidy the hard standing pitches up as very over grown. The showers and toilets at times where dirty and alittle smelly, although we did come when the weather was very wet.

We have been back to Bucklegrove a few times now and we love it more every time we come. It’s really organised with everything to hand and not too massive that the kids get lost!
Also great value for money!

Very good and spacious plot. didnt feel cramped up and planety of space between us and the campers next to us.
Loved the bar and food. My husband had the steak which he said was amazing and cooked the way he specified.
Didnt manage to try out the pool this time but definitely will try on our next visit.

The Toilet and shower facilities were good but I dont think they were cleaned out of often as I would prefer them to be.
For our 2 night stay we had at Bucklegrove I used the shower twice and the toilet multiple times. A few times I had to switch into another cubicle as there wasnt any toilet paper so would defintely need checking every few hours to keep the upkeep of toilet roll and maybe a good mop of the shower floors even though I did use the appliance that was in the cubicle myself after using the shower to get rid of excess water and dirt, I still feel a good moping would be needed a few times a day.

Enjoyed the site 100%. The pool was fantastic and actually had it all to myself on the occasion I used it. The restaurant and bar is well organised and the meals we had were good value for money and very well cooked.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the other campers were very friendly and helped in advising how to erect our new Dometic awning.
Although I read negative reviews before I went to Bucklegrove, I was pleased I didn't take any notice of them as we had a most enjoyable stay and will definitely book again.

Perhaps the changing rooms in the swimming pool area could be updated.
Would have liked a hose at the chemical disposal area.
